I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify, develop, and manage customers, including clinics, medical centers, and hospitals nationwide.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, clinic managers, and hospital management boards.
- Carry out sales activities, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, to introduce wearable medical devices manufactured and distributed by the company.
- Consult and propose appropriate solutions based on each customer's medical and operational needs.
- Negotiate terms, conduct contract discussions, and finalise agreements.
- Coordinate with the technical team to conduct product demonstrations, handovers, and user training.
- Monitor the implementation process and provide after-sales support to customers.
- Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and medical exhibitions to introduce products and strengthen brand presence.
- Develop business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Report sales performance, customer pipeline, and sales forecasts to the direct manager.
- Prepare documentation and presentation slides as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
II. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medicine/Pharmacy, Medical Devices, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 year of experience in B2B medical device sales.
- Knowledge of medical devices, the healthcare market, or MedTech/Digital Health is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work under sales pressure and targets.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Willingness to travel for business when required.
- Strong planning skills and persistence in pursuing sales targets.
