Job Description

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify, develop, and manage customers, including clinics, medical centers, and hospitals nationwide.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, clinic managers, and hospital management boards.
  • Carry out sales activities, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, to introduce wearable medical devices manufactured and distributed by the company.
  • Consult and propose appropriate solutions based on each customer's medical and operational needs.
  • Negotiate terms, conduct contract discussions, and finalise agreements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to conduct product demonstrations, handovers, and user training.
  • Monitor the implementation process and provide after-sales support to customers.
  • Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and medical exhibitions to introduce products and strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Report sales performance, customer pipeline, and sales forecasts to the direct manager.
  • Prepare documentation and presentation slides as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

II. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medicine/Pharmacy, Medical Devices, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 year of experience in B2B medical device sales.
  • Knowledge of medical devices, the healthcare market, or MedTech/Digital Health is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work under sales pressure and targets.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Willingness to travel for business when required.
  • Strong planning skills and persistence in pursuing sales targets.
