About the Department
Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing execution for wealth-related communication, ensuring alignment with product strategy and timely delivery across channels.
- Proactively initiative and brief content across more communication channels to increase product visibility and campaign reach.
- Support sales team by sharing product and process updates, helping them understand internal guidelines and campaign details clearly.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all wealth-related documentation, maintaining proper tracking and readiness for internal control reviews
- Analyse sales activity by wealth product type, identify performance drivers, and support initiatives to enhance sales productivity.
- Propose content and tools to strengthen internal workflows and improve execution quality.
- Tracking campaign performance, to support for fulfilment and mechanism program review
- Help prepare reports on wealth product performance to support business review and campaign initiative
- More frequent data analysis and fulfilment evaluation to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Consolidate market surveys and comparisons to support program development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Number oriented and detail-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
