Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vn n district for the role of Director of Finance (DOF). The DOF will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include leading financial planning, managing revenue and profit analyses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with leadership teams to make strategic fiscal decisions. The DOF will also be responsible for improving internal controls, managing audits, and ensuring optimal financial performance of the property.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial analysis, revenue management, and cost control strategies
• Experience in developing and implementing enhanced internal controls and audit compliance
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial data effectively
• Solid understanding of hospitality industry financial management and relevant systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
