Objective:
· To ensure accurate and efficient warranty processing according to Porsche Warranty standards
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Ensuring that warranty repair documentation fulfills Porsche standards (technical knowledge of Porsche repair processes is required)
· Creating and submitting warranty claims to Porsche AG within a given time frame.
· Ensuring monitor and meeting all warranty related KPI's and target's
· Warranty Parts Administration (parts control, storage, disposal and return to Porsche factory)
· Workshop and Recall Campaign Management to ensure fast completion of campaigns
· Warranty reporting
· Pre-owned Warranty management and sales
· Participating in overseas and in-house technical and none technical training courses.
· Conducting in-house warranty training courses.
· Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area
· Ensuring adherence of dealership processes and policies
· Supporting other operational areas and departments if required.
· Other ad hoc assignments and projects
Minimum Qualifications:
· Knowledge about vehicle systems and technologies
· Bachelor degree holder, majored in Automotive
Requirements and Attitude:
· Minimum 01 year of experience in automobile after sales
· Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
· Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
· Precise and accurate working style
· Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and good team player
