Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and capacity
- Review, release, and monitor work orders to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and IE to maintain schedule adherence and resolve delays
- Manage material allocation and ensure timely goods receipt (GR) and goods issue (GI) in ERP system
- Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliation (system vs physical)
- Control consumables and optimize inventory levels, including rework and excess materials
- Track order status and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and overseas customers on order progress when required
- Ensure shipment readiness with complete documentation and compliance
- Identify and drive improvements in planning, inventory control, and system usage
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, warehouse, or supply chain in manufacturing
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Good English proficiency
