Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse team, including work assignment, attendance and discipline, safety patrols, and daily pre-shift meetings; conducting training, guidance, and performance evaluations for subordinates; promoting talent development; conveying company culture; and ensuring the team strictly adheres to SOPs and safety regulations.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of production materials and timely shipment of finished products; proactively liaise with internal and external teams to coordinate and resolve various issues in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and smooth business processes.
Develop and implement inventory counting plans to ensure consistency between inventory records and physical stock, accurate recording, and timely and error-free inventory transactions in the JDE system; and maintain proper management and archiving of relevant documents.
Maintain 7S standards in the warehouse area; develop and promote continuous improvement plans; monitor the achievement of departmental performance goals; proactively report major issues to superiors and implement improvement measures.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing and material handling.
Experience in on-site management, accounting, and inventory control.
Proficient in computer skills and report processing; experience in large companies preferred.
