Warehouse Supervisor (Electronics/EMS Manufacturing)

Location: Binh Duong

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, kitting, inventory control, and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and proper inventory management practices.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team by assigning tasks, coordinating shifts, providing training, and monitoring performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, operational efficiency, and productivity.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Prepare regular operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective utilization of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain accurate warehouse records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP EWM experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work in a rotating two-shift schedule.
