Warehouse Staff

Job Description

• Warehouse tasks in SAP: Create and manage warehouse tasks in the SAP system.
• PO material status: Coordinate with the planning team to check the status of materials for purchase orders.
• Kitting plan control: Control kitting plans and manage related transactions in SAP.
• Procedure updates: Update procedures and work instructions as required.
• Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with Team Leaders, Supervisors, QC, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Transaction reporting: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse transactions.
• Manager-assigned tasks: Perform other tasks as requested by the manager.

Qualifications

• Education: College/University graduate.
• Communication: Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience: Working experience with SAP EWM/WM is preferred.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and good understanding of warehouse processes.
• Language: Good English communication skills.
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
