ROLE PURPOSE

Execute receiving, issuing, checking, storing, and maintaining packaging materials in compliance with version and quality requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse Operations

Manage receiving, issuing, and allocation of POSM and packaging materials to stores.

Organize warehouse areas by version, size, and material category.

Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels for packaging & POSM at Central Warehouse and stores.

Alert shortages that may impact store operations.

Version & Branding Compliance

Ensure issuance of correct and approved packaging versions.

Remove damaged, outdated, or incorrect artwork materials.

Coordination

Align with Packaging Purchasing Executive for replenishment plans.

Work with Store Operations to forecast demand for campaigns.

Coordinate with Marketing on branding or POSM changes.

Documentation & System

Ensure accurate GRN, transfer, and adjustment postings in D365.

Maintain documentation for reconciliation and payment support.

Reporting

Provide reports on stock levels, POSM usage, and store allocation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications

2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.

Basic understanding of packaging, merchandise, and POSM.

ERP system experience.

PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in retail or F&B operations.

Experience working with Marketing or Visual Merchandising teams.

Working location: Binh Chieu Industrial Park, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
