Job title: Warehouse Process Engineer
Working schedule:
- 44 hours/week (Off Saturday & Sunday)
Job purpose:
- Oversee, optimize, and improve warehouse operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety in material storage and handling. Ensure warehouse processes effectively support the company's supply chain and manufacturing operations.
Job description:
- Design warehouse processes: define process steps and ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Create necessary documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Visual Aids to support employees in following correct procedures.
- Act as the warehouse team lead on new projects, ensuring implementation stays on schedule and meets requirements.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to enhance quality and productivity.
- Understand and effectively use continuous improvement tools in daily work.
- Research and propose new warehouse processes and technologies as needed to optimize
- Support additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirement:
- 2-3 years as a process engineer in manufacturing production
- Strong knowledge (and practice) in manufacturing/warehouse processes.
- Very Good English: verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels in the organization while remaining customer-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
