Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze performance and propose logistics optimization initiatives

  • Analyze and evaluate warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement;
  • Propose logistics optimization initiatives, including workflow, resource allocation, cost control, management systems, and storage space, for approval by direct management and the CEO;
  • Continuously monitor and improve operations to ensure warehouse efficiency aligns with the company's business strategy.

2. Develop and implement logistics optimization initiatives

  • Develop detailed plans for approved logistics optimization projects;
  • Execute, manage, and control projects to ensure milestones are met on time and objectives are achieved;
  • Develop operational processes for logistics, including improving existing ones or creating new ones.

3. Perform warehouse performance analysis and reporting

  • Collect and compile warehouse operations data from warehouse management systems, ERP, and other related sources;
  • Develop performance control reports for warehouse operations (KPIs) such as order processing times, inbound/outbound error rates, OTIF, operating costs, etc.;
  • Prepare and submit warehouse performance reports to the Supply Chain Director and the Executive Board on a regular or ad hoc basis.

4. Coordinate interdepartmental tasks to ensure logistics management efficiency

  • Act as the focal point for consolidating information from related departments and resolving issues arising in warehouse operations;
  • Train and guide warehouse staff on processes and work regulations;
  • Monitor compliance with processes, work regulations, and occupational safety standards at distribution centers;
  • Ensure 99.9% operational continuity at distribution centers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields.
  • Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
