We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of our robotics warehouse.
In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse inbound and outbound activities, inventory accuracy, asset management, and SAP transactions while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Job Description
- Warehouse Operations
- Execute inbound and outbound warehouse transactions using SAP/ERP systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, spare parts, and electronic components.
- Organize, classify, and store inventory according to warehouse standards and operating procedures.
- Label, identify, and maintain warehouse assets and inventory records.
- Support packing, loading, unloading, and shipment preparation activities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Inventory Management
- Reconcile inventory records between the SAP system and physical stock.
- Conduct cycle counts, periodic inventory checks, and random audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory movement and support inventory optimization initiatives.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and transaction records.
- Comply with warehouse SOPs, asset management procedures, and safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and operational performance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Experience working in manufacturing or electronics environments is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and asset management.
- Ability to identify and manage electronic components and technical spare parts.
- Knowledge of barcode systems and warehouse inventory practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime when required to support business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in robotics, automation, electronics, or manufacturing warehouses.
- Familiarity with SAP MM, SAP EWM, or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Experience in warehouse asset management and inventory auditing.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
