Warehouse Manager.

Senior Supply Chain Manager
Missions:
- To oversee all activities of warehouse operations in Vietnam, collaborating with 3PLs and internal teams for the management of warehouses, inbound and outbound deliveries, import and export processes, transportation, and delivery of goods to customers on time, in full and at the optimum cost, complying with Vietnam relevant laws and Wahl's internal policies.
- Lead, provide direction, evaluate, and develop staffs of warehouse team to ensure that the organization's warehouse strategies and operations are implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets to meet requirements and supporting short- and long-term business needs.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to overseeing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, managing warehouse processes such as receiving, issuing, delivery, documentation, and ensure the timely, accurate the transactions and efficient of materials/products, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet production and distribution needs
Responsibilities include supervising, providing guidance, training and discipline of warehouse staff, storage space utilization efficient, optimizing inventory, inventory cycle count and stock count control, safety oversight and comply include material handling equipment and manual handling, environments and 5S storage control. Investigate and action all non-conformance and recommend corrective actions.
HSE:
- Ensure that workplace's health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse facility and materials storage.
- Enforces warehouse good housekeeping according to company policies and HSE, 5S, C-TPAT standards are met.
Warehouse Operation:
- Planning, organizing, and controlling of warehouse overall operations.
- Oversee, lead and assigning date to date workload to warehouse activities
- Providing guidance, training, performance feedback to ensure a productive and efficient result.
- Supervise receiving, issuing, order picking and packing ensuring accurate and timely
- Coordinating with planner, logistics to or verifying that all shipping orders are accurate and troubleshoot problems
- Collaboration with stakeholders related areas activities and troubleshoot problems
- Manage inventory accuracy, physical cycle count, stock stock control and improvement action of any discrepancy
- Manage all warehouse transaction in ERP against with physical movement activities.
- Streamline Warehouse Layout Optimization such as designate clear zones, aisles, and put/pick locations
- Utilize WMS and other relevant technologies to optimize warehouse processes, utilize storage space, track inventory, etc.
- Maintain accurate and ensuring ERP data integrity, inventory data is properly managed and registered
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process
- Optimize cost saving, enhance productivity of warehouse employees and logistics operations perspective
- Coordinate production to enhance overall plant logistics supply management
- Prepare and make sure the related reports submitted on time and accurately
- Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all warehouse operations.
- Serve as liaison with all internal and external partners for daily operational activities.
- Track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics.
Team management and development:
- Follow up & control daily absence and over time.
- Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff. Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse and logistics by external or on the job training.
- Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse and logistics administration. Enhance well-being and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
- Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.
Lean & Improvements:
- Improve processes, guidelines, and procedures for receiving, storing, shipping, and delivering products to meet customer needs, developing strategies for reducing operating costs while maintaining high quality standards for services offered.
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse and logistics transactions and activities.
- Improvement & development of warehouse capacity's storage and loading/unloading.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or similar field.
- Strong experience in warehouse manufacturing with over 7 years experience in Warehouse & excellence.
- Excellent understanding of Warehouse processes
- Good knowledge of relevant software and ERP systems, Microsoft D365 preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience of min. 5 years as a Warehouse Supervisor/Assistant Manager is preferred.
