Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure all warehouse activities follow company procedures and operational standards.
2. Inventory Control
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with accounting and production departments.
3. Warehouse Layout Optimization
- Design and implement warehouse layout and storage zoning to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Improve material flow and accessibility within the warehouse.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations, fire prevention standards, and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and operational discipline.
5. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material supply and smooth outbound shipments.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and cost control.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve operational efficiency.
7. Process Improvement & ERP Implementation
- Lead warehouse process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in ERP system implementation planned by the company this year.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Experience in FDI companies within the electronics manufacturing industry is required.
- Good at English
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse layout optimization.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Misa, SAP, Amis or similar).
