Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. If you are a detail-oriented, strategic, and analytical individual looking to elevate your career, Baller Headwear is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations.
Responsible for managing and operating the entire warehouse system, including Raw Materials and Finished Goods, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe operations while optimizing inventory costs to best serve production and customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Plan and oversee all inbound, outbound, and storage activities for both Raw Materials and Finished Goods warehouses.
- Process Optimization: Design and maintain a scientific warehouse layout. Standardize and continuously improve warehouse operating procedures based on best practices
- Inventory Management: Take full responsibility for inventory accuracy between the ERP system and physical stock. Plan and conduct regular/ad-hoc stock counts, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff. Build a professional and disciplined team.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities and personnel strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment and Fire Prevention regulations.
- Reporting & Coordination: Prepare warehouse management reports as required. Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, and Planning departments to ensure a smooth supply chain.
- Requirements:
Experience
- Must have 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience managing both Raw Materials and Finished Goods warehouses is mandatory.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
