Role Description
Procurement and Inventory Planning:
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Support team to obtain customer demand forecasts, analyze trends, and identify root causes of fluctuations.
- Request quotations from factories and negotiate prices and terms (Taiwan, Thailand, Japan).
- Issue purchase orders to factories, control purchasing costs, and prepare standard and safety stock levels in line with the business budget.
- Monitor and manage daily inventory to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve any issues related to purchasing, delivery, or quality.
Warehouse and Logistics Control:
- Coordinate with logistics agents to handle all documents, procedures, and processes related to import and export (HS codes, tariffs, customs clearance, etc.).
- Track and collaborate with logistics agents to complete import/export procedures on time and efficiently.
- Source appropriate transportation providers and control related fees/costs.
- Supervise and guide warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound/outbound processes and compliance with standard procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Have 02 years of experience in an operations role at a trading or manufacturing company with similar responsibilities
- Good English communication skills
