Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support efficient warehouse and internal logistics operations by ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials, semi-finished, and finished goods across the supply chain and production environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth material flow between the warehouse and production lines, ensuring timely availability of parts while adhering to safety, quality, and operational standards.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS) business in Vietnam.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Sorting, labeling, and storing materials in accordance with warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
  • Picking components and preparing materials for dispatch, production supply, or customer orders
  • Performing packing and palletizing activities to ensure safe and accurate shipment of goods
  • Supporting internal material movements between warehouse and production lines, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintaining accurate stock handling and participating in inventory checks and cycle counts
  • Executing routine warehouse activities such as goods receipt, storage, and dispatch in line with established procedures
  • Operating material handling equipment (where licensed) and ensuring adherence to safety standards
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in warehouse processes, organization, and efficiency

Qualifications for the role

  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Typically 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or internal logistics role
  • Basic understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse processes
  • Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (valid licence preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and safety
  • Good physical capability to perform manual handling tasks where required
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • A proactive approach to work and continuous improvement
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., handheld scanners, data entry systems)
