Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the work of other Warehouse operator and Data clerk.
- Provide ongoing communication by informing Warehouse operator and Data clerk
About Company And Department Policies.
- Maintain inventory control of materials at required levels by monitoring ERP system and physical inventory.
- Oversee and participates in counting, weighing and measuring incoming or outgoing items to compare identifying information and verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records; examines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify; fills out appropriate forms.
- Confers with production, planning, purchasing or other personnel to resolve problems affecting incoming or outgoing materials.
- Track back orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Join in and control 5S + Safety activities.
- Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
- Special projects, as requested.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills - Excel, Word, Email
- Data entry skills. Familier with ERP systems is a plus.
- Organizational skills and an ability to prioritize.
- Must have good or corrected eyesight to insure quality of work.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend, reach overhead, and climb for filing and stocking supplies.
Education / Experience
- Graduated from University or college is plus. Major IT, accounting, statistics are preferred
- More than 3 years of working experience, at least 1 year related warehouse.
- English skill is a plus (not mandatory)
