This role will oversee all warehouse operations and manage our nationwide distribution network. It will supervise a team of 8 staff across multiple locations and ensure all activities are aligned with established KPIs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a results-driven mindset to support our logistics and supply chain objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs the Warehouse and distribution activities, Logistics function, nationwide.
- Monitor all warehouse & distribution activities as well as coordinate with relevant departments to achieve Supply Chain KPIs.
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, cost optimization.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PLs) to ensure timely delivery to customers and manage transportation documentation for monthly reporting.
- Manage and control all raw materials and finished goods across Vietnam, including internal transfers among PPG warehouses.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO-based management, daily stock movement updates, and periodic stock counts aligned with KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in inventory management
- Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality systems and EHS system
- Able to effectively communicate in local and English language
- Well versed in MS Office applications in English
