We are building high-quality customer support voice modules in North Vietnamese (Northern accent) and are looking for authentic, expressive voice artists who can sound like real customer support representatives.
This role goes beyond just speaking the language — we're looking for voices that can deliver empathy, clarity, and warmth, just like a live support agent.
What We're Looking For:
- Native or fluent North Vietnamese (Northern accent mandatory)
- Voice-over artists, Podcasters, Dubbing Artists, or Customer Support Trainers
- Ability to sound natural, conversational, and emotionally engaging
- Access to a professional recording setup/studio (or ability to arrange one)
- Ability to deliver clean, clear, high-quality audio
What You'll Be Doing:
- Recording customer support-style conversations and responses
- Delivering lines with a realistic, human tone (not robotic or overly scripted)
- Contributing to AI-driven voice systems used in customer support environments
