Working location: Gia Lam, Ha Noi

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the monitoring and tracking of production schedules and progress.
Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and inventory levels.
Identify and report any potential production delays or issues related to supply.
Handle all sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide customers with timeline and accurate information on product availability, shipping dates, and any possible delays.
Classify orders according to promotion prices or any applicable promotion packages.
Collaborate effectively with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations and timely dispatch of goods.
Efficiently operate on the system for order processing, inventory management, and data tracking.
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external customers via email and phone.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Leader.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in related field
At least 2 years of experience in the same role
Good English understanding
Good computer & Microsoft office skill
High responsibility
Having ability to work under high pressure & work in a team
Logical thinking.
