Position: KOL BD (Finance/Web3)

Role Overview:

Candidates should possess KOL resources within the finance/Web3 industry and be able to independently manage KOL development and relationship maintenance in the regional market. The role is results-oriented, and candidates must be fluent in Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities

1. KOL Ecosystem Development

Identify, engage, and establish business collaborations with KOLs, KOCs, and MCN agencies in the Vietnamese market. Build and continuously optimize a regional KOL resource network.

2. Business Negotiation & Relationship Management

Independently handle business negotiations with top-tier and mid-tier KOLs, including partnership model design, contract terms negotiation, agreement signing, and long-term relationship management to ensure efficient execution and stable collaboration output.

3. Growth Strategy Development

Develop differentiated KOL collaboration strategies based on regional market characteristics and product growth objectives. Enhance brand exposure, user conversion, and trading activity through content co-creation, joint campaigns, and other collaborative initiatives.

4. Data-Driven Optimization

Monitor key performance indicators of KOL collaborations (such as impressions, engagement rate, conversion rate, ROI, etc.). Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize collaboration strategies and resource allocation based on data insights.

5. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis

Maintain strong awareness of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor KOL strategies. Provide timely insights and reports to support business decision-making.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, operations, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure KOL initiatives align with overall business goals and comply with regional regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1. Industry Experience

At least 3 years of experience in BD or KOL operations within the Web3, cryptocurrency, or fintech industries. Candidates should possess a strong KOL network and have a deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, trading scenarios, and user needs.

2. Business Negotiation Skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of independently managing complex partnership agreements and designing mutually beneficial collaboration models.

3. Language Skills

Fluent communication in Chinese and English as working languages.

4. Self-Driven & Resilient

Results-oriented with strong self-motivation and execution ability. Capable of adapting to a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment.
