Position: Order Management & Sales Support Staff (Distributor Sales Staff)
Working location: 46 Bch Cu, Ch Da, H Ni
Primary Purpose
Being responsible for the whole Order Management Process between Distributors to LIXIL Vietnam. This procedure includes all processes from Supply Information Checking to Order to Cash to deliver product out to customer for both Retail & Project channels with no-mistake tolerance.
Key Responsibilities
Being responsible for The Order Management of the Vietnam Domestic Market for all brands in both Retail & Project channel.
- Co-operate directly with Distributors to place Sales Order into the system.
- Ensure successfully Finished Goods delivery from Factory to Sub-Distributor by following supply/transportation booking/issues if any.
- Order Management Reports as requested
- Sales Support: Being the connector between Sales & Factory:
- Quickly check inventory/booking/delivery schedule.
- Provide CO, CQ as requested.
- Specific requests based on regional senior executive.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required,
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Excel and strong communication skills
- Experience in SAP is preferred
