Job Description

Develop and implement business strategies to optimize revenue from Rooms, Banquets & Cuisine, Other entertainment services (Spa, Swimming pool, Gym).
Analyze the market and target customers to propose appropriate business strategies, ensuring revenue and profit targets.
Coordinate with Revenue and Reservation departments to optimize room occupancy.
Maintain relationships with customers and business partners, while developing and expanding the network of new customers.
Manage, train the sales staff, ensuring high performance.

Qualifications

Graduated in Business Administration, Hotel, Tourism or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the hotel business and at least 2 years in a management position.
Understanding of the Hai Phong Hospitality Services market.
Good negotiation, leadership and management skills.
English communication
