LianLian is a leading Fintech company, with our parent company listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Lianlian DigiTech, HK 2598). We are looking for a motivated BD base in Hanoi to build scalable solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be professional in the payment industry, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Partnership Management: Spearhead the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to key decision-makers to managing the pipeline through to live, revenue-generating status
• Account Growth: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring LianLian Global remains their primary partner for scaling operations
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and the evolving regulatory landscape to position our solutions effectively against competitors
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and product-market fit
Qualifications
• Experience: Proven track record in Sales or Business Development (3+ years preferred), ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and learn independently in a dynamic environment
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required
