Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, internal regulations, and operating procedures.
- Conduct customer visits to promote products and develop business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and contracts based on customer requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Regularly review sales performance and project progress with the line manager.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, listening, and speaking).
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the IT industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.
