Job Description

The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of the company's products, execute business development activities, and actively manage and grow client relationships in the ICT solution industry. This role requires hands-on experience in IT industry sales, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, internal regulations, and operating procedures.
  • Conduct customer visits to promote products and develop business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and contracts based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues and strengthening long-term relationships.
  • Regularly review sales performance and project progress with the line manager.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, listening, and speaking).
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to join a high-performing sales team within a professional, growth-oriented culture.
