Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Visual Merchandiser Executive will develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, organize and execute visually appealing window displays and in-store setups, and analyze product placement effectiveness. They will collaborate with retail teams to ensure cohesive presentation across locations while maintaining excellent customer engagement and brand alignment.

Qualifications

1. Plan and implement visual merchandising for home & living products in stores based on:

+Functional product groups (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.)

+Seasonal themes, promotions, and sales campaigns

2. Design and arrange clear, logical, and shopper-friendly display layouts.

3. Ensure product displays:

+Clearly communicate product functions and benefits

+Are easy to compare and select

+Align with retail shopping behavior

4. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to ensure VM execution meets company standards.

5. Inspect, monitor, and evaluate the quality of visual merchandising across the store network.

6. Propose improvements to displays in order to:

+Enhance customer shopping experience

+Optimize display space

+Drive sales performance

7. Execute and manage POSM, price tags, and product instruction signage.

8. Train and guide store staff on VM standards and proper product arrangement.

9. Stay updated on retail display trends, display materials, and space optimization solutions.

Requirement

1. 13 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in: Home & Living / Home Appliances retail/FMCG / Supermarkets / Retail chains

2. Strong understanding of customer shopping behavior in the Home & Living sector.

3. Logical and systematic thinking, not purely focused on fashion or aesthetics.

4. Good skills in space planning and product layout.

5. Proficiency in basic design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator,...

6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to travel between stores.
