About the Visual Experience team Where Craft Meets Impact

At TBWAGroup Vietnam, we believe that every brand deserves visuals that don't just look good but feel right, resonate deeply, and leave a lasting impression. That's why we established Visual Experience, a dedicated creative unit committed to the art of visual storytelling and craftsmanship.

This is a multidisciplinary team of Multimedia Designers, Illustrators, Editors, Motion Artists, and more brought together with one purpose: to craft visuals of the highest quality across every medium, from branding and packaging to motion and digital content.

Whether it's building a brand's visual DNA, designing packaging that commands attention, or creating digital assets that move and connect, Visual Experience ensures every detail is thoughtful, intentional, and extraordinary.

About the Role

And now, we're looking for a Visual Experience Director to lead this team with vision, craft, and creative courage.

This is a role for someone who doesn't just design but directs, guides, and elevates, someone withan eye for excellence, a hand in production, a mind for experiment,anda heart for creative leadership.

You'll be working at the intersection of brand design, production, and storytelling, shaping visual outputs that set a new standard of excellence for both our clients and the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vision & Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of visual specialists to deliver high-quality, impactful work across various mediums.
• Set the visual direction for projects and uphold excellence in craft from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategy, and Client Service teams to ensure work aligns with brand strategy and creative vision

2. Visual Excellence & Execution

• Oversee and guide the development of brand identity systems, packaging design, digital content, and visual storytelling.
• Ensure a high standard of craft, consistency, and detail across all outputs.
• Work across print, motion, film, and digital formats from 2D to 3D, from static to moving images, from screen to shelf.

3. Creative Production Oversight

• Supervise and direct production processes, including print, film, and post-production.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and external vendors to deliver polished, technically well-built outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions during the production phase.

4. Collaboration & Representation

• Partner with internal teams and client service leads to pitch and present visual ideas.
• Be a vocal advocate for craft, design thinking, and creative innovation within the agency.
• Support new business opportunities with compelling visual direction and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experiencein branding design, creative direction, and visual production, with at least2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise inbranding design, packaging,andproduction processes(including print and/or film).
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasingstrategic thinking, visual storytelling, andcraft across multiple mediums.
• Hands-on experience with creative tools.
• Strong project leadership, team mentorship, and client communication skills.
• Collaborative, driven, and passionate about raising the creative bar.
