Role Description
At Deviation Lab, we're looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Designer to help grow Lucid FM, our premium audio app for mindfulness. You will handle everything visual: from designing smooth app UI/UX to creating high-energy landing pages and social media content. Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design (Mobile Apps & Landing Pages)
- Assist in the creation of user-centered interfaces for mobile apps and responsive web pages with clear information hierarchy.
- Support the design process by turning project briefs into wireframes, basic user flows, and screen layouts aligned with business goals.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and performance insights from the team.
Graphic Design for Growth & Brand Presence
- Produce high-impact digital assets such as banners, social media creatives, and promotional visuals optimized for conversions.
- Adapt campaign assets for multiple platforms and formats while preserving clarity and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative materials
Required Tools & Skills
Design Tools
- At least one primary tool: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to organize files, components, and versions cleanly for team collaboration and reuse.
- Familiarity with AI-supported design tools to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasksis a plus.
Core Design Competencies
- Have a sense of command of layout, typography, spacing, and color theory.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals such as usability, accessibility basics, and responsive design principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across screens, states, and marketing variations.
Language Requirement
- English reading and comprehension skills to understand researchand support documentation.
Qualifications
- A portfolio featuring academic, personal, internship projects or anything that demonstrate a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and layout design.
- Ability to interpret written specifications and convert them into effective UI and visual solutions.
- Strong collaboration habits, openness to critique, and willingness to iterate quickly.
