Position: Vision Engineer Vision Team
Location:Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City
Work Mode: Onsite + Project-based travel

Responsibilities
- Install & Operate Vision Systems: Set up, operate, and guide customers in using machine vision systems (cameras, lighting, optics, lenses, and software) at both factories and office sites.
- Project Implementation: From sample testing, equipment configuration, and system design to trial runs and final acceptance at customer sites.
- Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure stable system performance.
- System Development: Learn, research, and propose device configurations (camera, optics, lighting), vision software solutions, and programming (PLC, HMI) as required.
- Demo & Events: Prepare and run system demos at the office, trade shows, or events to showcase Vision solutions.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Provide weekly progress updates; coordinate closely with technical and production teams to maintain project quality and timeline.
This role demands hands-on technical expertise, field presence, and strong communicationideal for engineers who thrive in dynamic, real-world project environments.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelors/College degree in Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in vision engineering.
- Solid foundation in electronics: sensors, cameras, basic connections, and PLC knowledge.
- Technical English (reading and understanding manuals); proficient in MS Office.
- Experience to image processing (OpenCV, EmguCV, MATLAB).
- Programming experience in C++, C#, Python, or PLC programming.
- Strong logical thinking, problem analysis, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous hands-on experience onsite at factories or supporting customers directly.
- Flexible, collaborative, responsible, and comfortable working under pressure
