We are looking for a talented creator with a director's eye to capture the real world and turn it into viral-ready content for our F&B, Retail, and Lifestyle clients.

Role Description

We need a Storyteller behind the lens. You are not an AI prompter; you are a hands-on Filmmaker & Photographer. Your job is to go on-site, capture the steam rising off a coffee cup, the texture of a luxury product, or the energy of a live event, and edit it into short-form content that captivates audiences on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilites

  • On-Site Production: Lead shooting days for clients (F&B stores, events, product shoots). You must be comfortable shooting with both Professional Cameras (Sony/Canon) and Mobile (iPhone 15 Pro/16) depending on the vibe required.
  • Visual Storytelling: You don't just record; you direct. You understand lighting, composition, camera movement, and how to direct talent to get the perfect shot.
  • Post-Production (Editing): Edit high-retention videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. You understand pacing, beat-matching, and sound design.
  • Trend Adaptation: Translate global video trends into high-quality local content. You know how to take a viral concept and shoot it with a premium look.
  • Photography: Capture high-res static images for social media posts, menus, and ad visuals alongside video content.

Requirements

  • You have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent composition, color grading, and lighting skills. You know the difference between content and cinematography.
  • You are proficient with mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting setups (Godox/Aputure), and audio recording
  • .You understand the formats. You know that a video for TikTok needs a different pacing and framing (9:16) than a brand film for a website
  • .You can shoot a cinematic commercial in the morning and a raw, handheld vlog-style clip in the afternoon
