Job Description:
1. Build & develop VIP user group to improve platform VIP users retention rate in which requires candidate to have data analysis skills, strategic planning skill,communication & event management skill
2. Maintain relationship with VIP users to boost VIP retention rate & maximize consumption of VIP user throughout welfare policy.
3. Coordinate with other functional gameplay department to proactively update event launch for VIP user, implementing pre-communication of big events to guarantee event effectiveness and funtional gameplay progress smoothly
4. In liaison between product team & VIP user to deliver core requirement of VIP user for optimization.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in platform operation & customer service in the overseas entertainment industry (game live streaming industry is a plus), and experience in sales/partnership position is preferred;
2. Patient, detail-oriented, dedicated, strong
communication skill;
3. Have a good sense of self-drive, result-oriented,passionate and devoted at work;
4. English/Chinese can be used as working language
