SUPPLY CHAIN CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
DELIVER
- Report to Managers during internal and external projects
- Collect, process and analyze data to identify and quantify inefficiencies, patterns, sources of improvement
- Analyze problem root causes in a systematic manner
- Understand the client business and market during a project
- Conduct market research, investigate, observe, interview
- Proactively identify and report project risks
- Manage project expectations and communicate intensively with team members and managers
- Monitor and report on project activities in line with expectations (on time and on quality)
- Support Managers in creating client-facing and internal presentations (Sr)
- Lead specific tasks and workflows, defining priorities and activities of Interns and Analysts and reporting to the Project Manager (Sr)
- Conduct client workshops and interviews (Sr)
- Draft and maintain critical project documents such as project scope, planning, budget, reports (Sr)
- Keep project and internal documentation ordered, structured and clean
- Comply with CEL standards
BUILD
- Contribute to the development of new analytical tools
- Contribute to the development of CEL Knowledge Center
- Bring new ideas to support CEL growth and efficiency
SELL
- Support CEL leadership to win new projects, identifying new project opportunities in current engagement and developing commercial proposals (Sr)
- Represent CEL values and brand
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS
- Seven or more years of prior experience in the field Supply Chain & Operations improvement
- Masters level degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business and Economics, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Applied science
- Proficiency in English is imperative
- Good at data processing skills using analytical tools (eg. R or Python) is a strong plus
- Knowledge in data modelling, simulation or optimization is a strong plus
- Consulting experience in a firm is a plus
- Certified ASCM CPIM/CSCP / MITx SCM is a plus
- Certified PMI/Prince2 is a plus
- Strong systemic thinking and analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - communicate clearly and efficiently
- Curious, open minded, ready to engage and debate in order to learn and develop continuously
- Capability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Strong project management and team leadership skills are a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability is a must
- Must be willing to travel depending on project location
