Vietnamese QA Professional for Fork-IT Hanoi

We are participating as a sponsor at Fork-IT, a well-known software testing community event happening in Hanoi, Vietnam.

For this event, we are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking QA professional who can represent us at our sponsor booth and help us communicate clearly with the local testing community.

Your primary responsibility will be to explain our product, Bugasura, and talk to attendees about modern software testing and QA practices in Vietnamese.

This role is not sales-focused.

It is a technical explanation and community interaction role.

About the product you will explain: Bugasura

Bugasura is a modern, easy-to-use test management and bug tracking platform built for QA teams, testers, developers, and product teams.

At the event, you will help attendees understand:

What Bugasura is

Why teams use Bugasura instead of Excel or complex legacy tools

How testers manage test cases, test runs, and bugs in one place

How Bugasura simplifies daily QA work

How teams collaborate better using a single testing platform

Many attendees may not be comfortable with English, so it is very important that you can:

Explain Bugasura fully in Vietnamese

Translate product concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language

Help people understand the tool even if they do not understand English UI terms

What you will do at the Fork-IT event

Be present at our sponsor booth during the event

Speak with QA engineers, testers, and tech professionals in Vietnamese

Explain Bugasura and its features clearly

Answer questions related to software testing and QA workflows

Help visitors understand how modern test management works

Support people who want a quick walkthrough or explanation

Act as our on-ground technical and language support

Optional (nice to have, not mandatory)

If you have experience with videography, this is a big plus.

Optional videography work may include:

Recording short videos at the booth

Capturing demos, product explanations, or attendee interactions

Shooting simple event footage usable for LinkedIn and marketing

Who should apply

This role is ideal if you are:

A QA Engineer, Software Tester, SDET, Test Lead, or QA Consultant

Comfortable explaining QA tools and testing concepts

Fluent in Vietnamese (mandatory)

Able to communicate confidently with people at events

Based in Hanoi or able to attend the Fork-IT event in Hanoi

Skills required

Strong understanding of software testing and QA

Ability to explain technical concepts simply

Vietnamese fluency (spoken)

Friendly, professional communication

On-site availability during the event
