We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive (Import) to manage end-to-end import operations. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international payments, with strong coordination skills to work across suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams. This role suits someone highly responsible, proactive, and committed to ensuring smooth, timely shipments.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle import/export procedures including document preparation, coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Review and process shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and commercial contracts.
- Monitor order status with overseas suppliers/customers to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with foreign suppliers regarding shipping schedules, payment terms, and cargo insurance.
- Work closely with internal departments (Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse, Sales) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate and complete import/export files and international payment records.
- Prepare regular reports on order status and any arising issues during transportation and clearance.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 02 experiences in logistics (import)
- Solid understanding of Incoterms, international payment methods, and customs procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ECUS/VNACCS customs software.
- Good at email communication and reading contracts/documents in English
- Detailed and extremely careful person - integrity-team spirit & resilience in working
- Self-discipline and open-minded to be learnt and listened
- Highly responsible and abilities under high pressure
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Customers and resulted orientation, strongly follow up shipments and sales orders
