In this hourly-paid, fully remote contractor role, you will review AI-generated responses and/or generate Vietnamese language content, evaluate reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving, and provide expert feedback so outputs are accurate, logical, and clearly explained. You will assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the prompt; identify errors in methodology or conceptual understanding; fact-check information; write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods; and rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality. You will apply strong Vietnamese writing and localization judgment alongside a minimum C1 English proficiency to ensure terminology, tone, and cultural nuance are consistently correct across use cases.

Project Details

- Onboarding: AI interview only — no bootcamp, no unpaid assessment. Paid pilot tasks begin immediately after onboarding.
- Payment condition: Per our client's requirement, all 20 items must be completed in order to be paid for the project. Please only apply if you can commit to completing the full set within the 1-week window.
Your Profile
- Native or near-native Vietnamese with strong command of locale conventions for Vietnam.
- Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading/writing) for interpreting prompts, sources, and evaluation guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, English, Vietnamese Literature, Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or a related writing-intensive field. Students and early-career candidates are welcome.
- Demonstrated writing experience (professional, academic, or published).
- Excellent editorial judgment (register, tone, inclusivity, and cultural nuance) with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to fact-check localized content (units, references, names, dates) using reliable sources and consistent reasoning.
- Dependable throughput, clear documentation, and responsiveness across time zones.
- Familiarity with CAT tools, translation memory, termbases, or QA workflows is a plus.
- Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI responses in Vietnamese for accuracy, fluency, tone, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to the prompt.
- Write Vietnamese-language content and model answers that demonstrate correct reasoning and high editorial quality.
- Rank and compare multiple AI-generated responses to help improve model accuracy and contextual relevance.
- Identify errors and biases in localized content, flagging inconsistencies in terminology, register, or cultural nuance.
- Document feedback clearly so model trainers can act on it.
