2.Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager

• Manufacturing/factory HSE experience is highly preferred.

• Good command of English and ability to work with expatriates.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations.

• Good leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related fields.

3.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and fire safety regulations.

• Conduct HSE training and promote safety awareness across the organization.

• Assess risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and safety issues.

• Coordinate with internal departments and local authorities on HSE matters.
