Vietnam Sea freight Operation

Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile orders with factories and overseas agents, and provide supplementary materials and VGM to the shipowner after confirmation.

2. Issue bills of lading and invoices after the ship departs, arrange for invoice issuance, urge factory payments, and release the forwarder's bill of lading upon receipt of payment.

3. Pay the shipowner and release the shipowner's bill of lading upon confirmation of payment.

4. Organize documents and input them into the system.

5. Track cargo transportation progress, coordinate with partners, and ensure on-time shipment and delivery.

6. Upload cargo manifests to the customs system within the time specified by the shipping company and first-level agent to ensure smooth customs clearance.

7. Communicate and negotiate with clients, provide accurate and timely booking information, and answer client inquiries.

8. Maintain and update booking data records, accurately file relevant information, and provide related reports and analyses.
