We are looking for two Senior .NET Backend Developers to build scalable backend systems, integrations, distributed services, and AI-powered features in a fast-paced product environment. The ideal candidates are highly independent, possess strong system design and backend expertise, and actively use modern AI tools in their daily development workflow.
Role Description
- Level: Senior (5+ years of experience)
- Working model: Onsite
- Location: No. 9 Dao Duy Anh Street, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Candidate preference: Vietnamese candidates
- Duration: 3 months
- Expected start date: ASAP
- Working hours: 10AM - 7PM UTC+7 (8 working hours/day)
- English: Strong communication skills to work directly with the end client's team
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design to production deployment.
- Develop integrations with external platforms and APIs.
- Work with cloud-native infrastructure and scalable architectures.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability.
- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and backend teams.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Use AI tools to improve development speed and code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and .NET 8.
- Strong experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience working with distributed systems at scale.
- Strong knowledge of system design and backend architecture.
- Experience with AWS-based environments.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of queues and asynchronous processing systems, such as SQS.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization and scaling.
- Deep database expertise, including SQL optimization, execution plans, indexing, index fragmentation, stored procedures, and data modeling.
- Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis.
- Good understanding of .NET memory management and Garbage Collection.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
AI-Driven Development (Mandatory)
- AI-assisted coding.

- Debugging and refactoring with AI.
- Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated code.
