Work Information

- Position: Manager
- Work Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 6:00 PM)
- Workplace Location: Capital Palace, Lieu Giai.
Responsibilities:
1.1. Legal Department Management
- Establish, organize, and operate the company's internal legal system.
- Manage, assign tasks, and develop the Legal team.
- Provide direct legal advisory support to the Board of Directors regarding business operations and retail expansion strategies.
1.2. Store-Related Legal Matters
- Oversee all legal documentation of the store system (business licenses, branch registration, fire safety permits, etc.).
- Advise on and handle legal issues arising at stores: inspections by authorities, disputes with landlords, customers, suppliers, etc.
- Manage legal procedures related to store openings, closures, and store transfers.
1.3. Contracts & Commercial Transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including:
- Lease agreements
- Transfer/assignment agreements
- Business cooperation agreements
- Sales and distribution contracts
- Service, marketing, and logistics contracts
- Identify and control legal risks in all commercial activities of the company.
1.4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations (commercial law, labor law, tax, advertising, consumer protection, etc.).
- Develop internal policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
- Represent the company in working with government authorities, external counsels, and partners in case of disputes.
1.5. Other Duties
- Participate in building legal structures for expansion, franchising, or investment cooperation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (preferably Economic/Commercial Law).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Legal or equivalent position.
- Prior experience in retail chains, fashion, sports brands, or FMCG companies is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Strong leadership skills, systematic thinking, and risk management capability.
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
- Willingness to travel for store openings or handling legal matters in provinces when required.
