Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1.Sales & Business Development

Objective: Directly drive business growth.

Key Metrics:

Leverage existing resources and experience to develop new clients, ensuring the achievement of business targets (current volume: 1000 T per month).

Collaboration with domestic sales teams: Provide localized support for key clients of domestic sales teams (Shenzhen, Qingdao, Ganzhou) in the Vietnamese market.

2.Business & Shipping Line Relationships

Objective: Maintain shipowner relationships and conduct strategic alignment.

Key Metrics:

Act as the company's representative to visit shipping lines in Vietnam (and Southeast Asia), establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships.

Assist the headquarters business team in key negotiations and important receptions.

Provide key information such as local freight rate market dynamics and shipping line policies.

3.Operations, Administration & HR Team Management

Objective: Fully responsible for the establishment, management, and efficient operation of the Vietnam team.

Key Metrics:

Recruit, train, and manage local operations and business teams in line with business objectives (plan to scale from the current 2 members to 10).

Ensure smooth operational processes and stable service quality across the entire Vietnam team.

Oversee localized operational matters including daily administration and financial compliance of the Vietnam office.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in procurement, sales, or business cooperation departments of shipping lines or international freight forwarders. Candidates with an established network of local Vietnamese shipping lines and industry peers are preferred. Familiarity with Vietnam's local logistics market environment, laws and regulations, and business practices is preferred. Experience in operations or procurement for major trade routes from Vietnam to China/Southeast Asia/Europe/US is required.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken), capable of seamless business communication as a working language. Basic Chinese communication skills are a plus.

Basic team coordination and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Business English, or related fields.

Proficiency in MS Office software.
