Vietnam Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assessing a partner's business and jointly developing successful strategies to incorporate and sell household energy storage products in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partner's P&L.
• Building creative solutions to win new accounts and develop your market.
• Being on the forefront of new products that will continue to drive the renewable energy market.
• Driving revenue and market share at partner accounts including but not limited to negotiating agreements, providing product training, introduction of new products and managing day-to-day business issues.
• Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives.
• Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly territory and account forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years renewable energy market sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing and/or finance preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a high-tech industry selling via indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors of electro-mechanical equipment/devices.
• Relevant experience managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives.
• Strong to expert capability in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce.
• Results oriented, self-motivated and ability to thrive in complex sales environment.
• Proven territory planning and management skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
