Position: Business Development Supervisor/Assistant (Speak Mandarin)

Location: Hanoi

Job Responsibilities

1Undertake C&I rooftop solar project development tasks. Including:

,

-Identify, develop leads, and manage relationships to ensure successful customer acquisition, bring the leads into proposal stage.

-Lead the proposal to customer. Employ necessary measures to increase the winning rate, including but not limited to customer relationship establishment, financial& technical plan optimization, competitor analysis etc.

-Lead client negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to obtain EPC or equipment sales contract signing, and at the same time control risks in cost, technical and legal conditions to achieve win-win with client.

2Coordinate and be responsible for the general implementation stage after contract signing. Collaborate with technical, project, financial and HQ departments to ensure successful project implementation, acceptance and payment. Solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

3Establish and expand business resources, including

-Proactively develop customer channels into certain industry, expand business opportunity in term of number and quality.

-Proactively develop subcontractor& suppliers and establish long-term cooperation, in the purpose of control project budget and smoother project implementation.

-Other relationship that helps to expend business and enhance efficiency.

4Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to better support decision making from Country Manager and HQ.

Job Requirements

1Minimum 3 years of BD or sales experience in solar sector. Similar background based on projects such as inverter, BESS, steel structure etc. is accepted.

2Proficient in Chinese (working level).

3Bachelor's degree or above, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields preferred. For candidates with substantial working experience, the educational requirement can be appropriately waived.

5Ability to travel frequently with a proactive work attitude.
