Video QA Specialist

We're looking for a Video QA Specialist to be the final quality gate for the Video Creatives produced by Enclave BioActives.

Your responsibility is simple: nothing goes live until it's right.

We're Enclave BioActives - the company behind Emma Relief, one of the fastest-growing gut health brands in the direct-to-consumer space. We've built a major DTC health & wellness business with a large customer base, thousands of positive reviews, and a significant performance marketing operation.

And creative is a major part of how we grow. We're producing long-form VSLs, short-form direct-response ads, AI-generated ads, AI spokesperson creative, UGC-style content, creative variations and iterations. And a lot more.

As our creative volume grows, one thing becomes increasingly important: Quality control.

Because producing more creative doesn't matter if mistakes make it through. That's Where You Come In. You make sure the finished creative actually matches what we intended to produce.

You'll Really Get Our Attention If...

• You've worked in video QA, creative QA, video editing, post-production, or direct-response advertising, ideally with DTC/eCommerce brands
• You've reviewed direct-response videos
• You're familiar with tools such as Frame.io, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Google Drive, and Dropbox
• You've worked in a high-volume creative environment where ads are constantly being produced, tested, and iterated.

You'll work remotely with our global creative team. Our team primarily operates during EST business hours, so you'll need to maintain strong availability and responsiveness during EST working hours. You'll also need a reliable internet connection and the ability to review and manage large video files efficiently.
