Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to join the post-production team of a growing production company specialising in premium real estate and lifestyle visuals. This is a hands-on role covering the full edit lifecycle from supplied footage and briefs through to final, on-brand delivery for cinematic property and lifestyle content. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for pacing and polish, works independently, and thrives on consistent daily deadlines.

Working Location: Home-based setup

Work Schedule: 12PM - 9PM (Vietnam time), Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit approximately 1-2 property videos per day from supplied assets and briefs
• Complete additional requested social media edits for internal content
• Meet project turnaround times: next-day delivery for standard edits, 48-hour delivery for premium videography projects
• Apply supplied LUTs and colour grading to maintain a consistent, on-brand visual style
• Coordinate with the production team to clarify briefs and resolve footage or asset issues proactively
• Maintain organised project files and follow structured delivery workflows

Must-Have:

• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of colour grading and LUT-based workflows
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain consistent quality across multiple projects per week
• Reliable workstation and internet connection suitable for large file transfers
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with strong time management

Nice-to-Have:

• Working knowledge of DaVinci Fusion or Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and text animation
• Previous experience editing real estate, architectural, or lifestyle content
