Video Editor (Remote, Part-Time Hanoi Region Preferred)

Role Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team on a part-time, remote basis. Ideally based in the Hanoi Capital Region, this role is perfect for editors who understand content trends and storytelling across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
You will be responsible for editing engaging short-form and long-form videos, applying motion graphics when needed, and aligning with the creative direction of each campaign.
Daily Tasks Include: - Editing raw footage into high-performing video content - Adding motion graphics, sound design, and transitions - Collaborating with content strategists and other editors - Organizing video files and maintaining a consistent workflow - Following brand guidelines and visual tone per client
Requirements: Expert-level proficiency in at least 3 of the following tools: DaVinci Resolve Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator - Proven experience in social-first video editing - Strong visual storytelling and pacing sense - Ability to meet deadlines and revise based on feedback - Basic understanding of performance-based content (hooks, watch time, engagement) - Strong communication skills and responsiveness
