About the role

Orès Vietnam is looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer / AI Creator to join our post-production team full-time.

This position is ideal for someone with solid editing foundations and good motion design basics, who wants to grow inside a creative studio working on a wide variety of content — from TVCs, brand manifestos, documentaries, and corporate films to digital and social campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and senior editors on real client projects, contributing both technically and creatively.

We're not looking for a senior profile, but for someone reliable, skilled, curious, and eager to evolve fast in a demanding creative environment.

English understanding is required.

What you'll do

• Edit a wide range of content (brand films, commercials, documentaries, social content)

• Assemble and structure narratives from rushes and scripts

• Work on rhythm, pacing, sound design, and storytelling

• Create motion graphics (titles, transitions, graphic animations)

• Adapt edits across multiple formats and platforms

• Manage project files, exports, and versioning workflows

• Collaborate with the team to iterate based on feedback

• Integrate and experiment with AI tools in editing, motion, and creative workflows

What we're looking for

• Solid foundations in video editing

• Good motion design basics (After Effects or similar)

• Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and composition

• Comfortable working on different types of content and formats

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Open to feedback and able to work in a team environment

Software knowledge:

Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects (or equivalent tools)

Big plus

• Experience using AI tools for video, motion, or creative production

• Basic color grading knowledge

• Sound design sensitivity

• Experience working on brand content or agency workflows

• Interest in visual culture, film, design, or new media
