Details What you need to know:
Structure & Salary:
- Full-time, reporting to Operations Manager (Hanoi), Motion Director and ECD (Toronto)
- In-office role from Monday to Friday in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, with some hybrid flexibility
- Starting salary range between 25-35M VND, depending on experience and competency

Duties:
- Contribute directly to editing a wide range of formats across short-form videos, reels, branded content, and creative experiments
- Shape raw material into cohesive, compelling stories with clarity, precision and style
- Perform sound mixes, basic colour correction, and motion graphics when needed
- Collaborate closely with producers, designers, and writers across local and international teams
- Uphold post-production standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of editing experience
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, G Suite, and Slack (our internal work platforms). Working knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is an asset
- Ability to perform simple sound mixes and basic colour correction for web
- Understanding of agency processes and team structures
- Some experience in B2B marketing and communications design
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Film, Media, or a related creative field is a bonus
