Role Summary - Editor
We're looking for a Video Editor to turn raw footage into high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You'll work closely with the creative team to deliver fast, on-brand content that drives views, engagement, and brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) based on scripts, shotlists, and brand guidelines - with a focus on creating viral content
- Add captions, transitions, sound design, effects, and storytelling pacing
- Collaborate with the team to refine video concepts
- Maintain quality standards and ensure fast turnaround
- Adapt edits for multiple channels when needed
- Organize project files and deliver final exports on time
- Contribute creative ideas to improve video styles, pacing, and performance
Qualifications
- Proficient in CapCut (or any professional video-editing software)
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, visual storytelling, and TikTok viral trends
- Ability to handle high-volume editing with efficiency
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to learn
- Basic English understanding is required. Multi-lingual is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome - passion and willingness to learn are highly valued
- AI experience is a plus
