1. Key Responsibilities

- Video Production: Shoot and edit video teasers, promotional clips, and advertising content for creators in THN's network.

- Livestream Setup: Participate in setting up equipment for creators livestream sessions, ensuring readiness and smooth operation.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain and guarantee the visual quality of creators content and livestream sessions.

- Creative Vision: Apply strong visual and lighting sense to enhance video and livestream aesthetics.

- Technical Execution: Operate cameras, manage video editing tasks, and deliver polished clips aligned with brand and creator requirements.

- On-site Support: Directly attend livestream sessions to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OBS, audio, and lighting.

2. Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film Production, Communications, or related field (preferred).

- 1-2 years of experience in video editing, camera operation, or production support.

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).

- Hands-on experience with livestream platforms and technical tools (OBS, streaming software).

- Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and storytelling.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about video production and livestream operations.
